BC Men's Hoops to Open 2025-26 Campaign on November 8

Brooklyn, NY----With the release of their 2025-26 Schedule, the Brooklyn College men's basketball team is slated to open the regular season on the road in the UMASS Dartmouth Tip-Off Tournament November 8-9.  Brooklyn finished last season with a 13-14 (7-7 CUNYAC) overall record after making an appearance in the CUNYAC Championship Tournament semifinals under Head Coach, Jeffrey Jean-Baptiste, who enters his eigth year at the helm of the program.  

After their season-opening weekend, Brooklyn hosts their Home Opener on Wednesday, 11/12, against New Paltz.  Brooklyn remains home that same week to host New Jersey City on Saturday, 11/15.  This year, BC will play two conference games in the first semester beginning with CCNY at home on 12/5 followed by a road match-up at Lehman on 12/11.  

The CUNYAC Championship Tournament Quarterfinals is scheduled for 2/21 and the Semifinals on 2/24 hosted by the higher seed with the conference championship game played on 2/26 at host, Hunter, at 6:30 pm.  

Losing seven members of last season's team to graduation, it will be a new-look squad in 25-26.  Joe Charles enters his sophomore season as Brooklyn's leading scorer for the returners, averaging 7.0 ppg while knocking down 34 shots from behind the arc in 2024-25.
