Newark, NJ----On Saturday, the Brooklyn College men's cross country team took 6th Place out of 11 teams scoring at the NJIT Highlander Challenge hosted at Branch Brook Park.  Next Up: Brooklyn will wrap up their regular season meet schedule at the Mt. St. Mary Fall Festival hosted at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome on October 19 at 11am.

Yasin Gordon led the way for BC finishing 33rd overall out of 127 finishers on the 8K course with a time of 29:17.7.  He was followed immediately by Anthony King who took 34th overall with a time of 29:19.8.  Rounding out Brooklyn's top-three was Dexter Weiner who finished 53rd with a time of 31:35.0.
