Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Tuesday, BC junior,
Yasin Gordon, freshman, Athletony King, and sophomore,
Dexter Weiner, were named All-Conference with the release of the Men's Cross Country Postseason awards. In addition, Brooklyn senior,
Wali Mohammad, was placed on the conference's Sportsmanship Team. All four Bulldogs helped Brooklyn to their second straight Third Place trophy at the conference championships a couple of weekends ago.
Yasin Gordon (All-Conference)
- Finished second for Brooklyn and fifth overall out of 66 runners with a time 29:42.2 on the 8K course at CUNYAC Championships.
- Second straight All-Conference nod.
- Finished first for Brooklyn in three races on the season.
- Named CUNYAC Honorable Mention for week during the season.
Anthony King (All-Conference)
- Finished first for Brooklyn and fourth overall with a time of 29:21.5 at CUNYAC Championships.
- Finished first for Brooklyn in three races he ran in on the season.
Dexter Weiner (All-Conference)
- Finished third for Brooklyn and ninth overall with a time of 31:34.5 at CUNYAC Championships.
- Second straight All-Conference nod.
Wali Mohammad (Sportsmanship Team)
- Four-year member of the program and extension of the coaching staff.
- Ran arguably the strongest race in the final race of his career at the 2025 CUNYAC Championships.
