Brooklyn, NY---With the announcement of the CUNYAC Women's Swimming and Diving weekly awards on Tuesday, Brooklyn College freshman, Daniela Ayala, received an Honorable Mention for her efforts in the Bulldogs' second meet of the season at home against St. Joseph's Long Island on Saturday.  

Ayala helped Brooklyn to 18 points with a pair of first place finishes on the afternoon against St. Joseph's Long Island on Saturday.  She took first in the 50 freestyle with a time of 28.51 before also winning the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:02.12.  

The Bulldogs will be back in the pool at home on Saturday, November 15, at 1pm against Sarah Lawrence.
