Brooklyn, NY----With the announcement of the 2025-26 CUNYAC Men's Basketball Postseason awards on Thursday, Brooklyn College sophomore guard,
Joe Charles, earned First Team All-Conference accolades and senior guard,
D'aze Hunter was voted Second Team All-Conference. In addition, junior guard,
Abdoulaye Gueye, was selected for the conference's Sportsmanship Team. The trio helped the Bulldogs to a 9-5 conference record and the No. 2 seed in the CUNYAC Championship, their highest seed since the 2014-15 season.
Joe Charles (First Team All-CUNYAC)
Notables/Highlights
- Led the Bulldogs and ranked third in CUNYAC in scoring (14.4 ppg).
- Led the Bulldogs and tied for second in CUNYAC in steals (51).
- Led the Bulldogs and ranked fourth in CUNYAC in three-point field goals (49).

- Second leading scorer for Brooklyn, averaging 8.9 ppg.
- Ranks third on the team in steals with 31.
- Scored a career-high 23 points in Brooklyn's key conference victory over Hunter on 2/17.
- Named CUNYAC Player of the Week and received a Met Basketball Writers Association nod for his efforts in games play during the week of January 26.
Abdoulaye Gueye (Sportsmanship Team)
