Brooklyn, NY---Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference on Monday, Brooklyn College freshman midfielder, Aissa Santos Lopez, has been named the conference's Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week.  Santos Lopez earned the honor for her efforts in a pair of BC matches on the week.  

Santos Lopez scored the Bulldogs' first goal of the match in Brooklyn's 2-2 draw with Purchase on Saturday on a free kick where she beat the wall for the first net of her collegiate career.  

The Bulldogs will be back in action at home on September 16 against Albertus Magnus at 4pm.
