Jamaica, NY---The match-up between the two teams atop the CUNYAC standings lived up to the hype as the game went down to the wire, but it would be York (18-6, 11-1 CUNYAC) who would earn the 79-78 victory in overtime over Brooklyn (17-6, 10-2 CUNYAC) and the #1 seed for the upcoming CUNYAC Tournament.

Amil John (South Shore / Brooklyn, NY) led the way for the Bulldogs with 29 points and 14 rebounds.

Marcel Esonwune (Marist Brothers / Lagos, Nigeria) had a monster game for York, registering a triple-double with 32 points, 24 rebounds and 12 blocks.

BC will return home on Sunday as they take on Staten Island at 1:00 pm in the West Quad Gymnasium.
