BC Women's Swim & Dive Remains in Fourth Place After Day 2 of CUNYAC Championships

Bronx, NY----Following the second day of the CUNYAC Swimming and Diving Championships, Brooklyn Women's Swim and Dive remains in fourth place with 82 team points.  Hunter leads the way with 178 points followed by Baruch with 149 points and John Jay with 107 points.  The Bulldogs are ahead of Lehman (21 points) and York.  Brooklyn closes out the three-day conference championship meet on Sunday, February 1, at the Lehman College APEX with events beginning at 10am.  

Day 2 Results  | CHAMPIONSHIPS CENTRAL 

Antonietta Baerga earned a bronze medal in the 100 breaststroke (1:16.66) in a group of 11 swimmers.  Yara Shaik helped Brooklyn to 4 points in the 100 backstroke (1:11.78) with a fifth place finish.  Shaik also finished fifth in the 400 individual medley earlier in the day.
