Antony Koyfman Named Brooklyn College Male Student-Athlete of the Month for March
Sophomore Antony Koyfman, a transfer from NCAA Division II Belmont Abbey College, has made an immediate impact to the Brooklyn College Men’s Volleyball team.
Playing in 40 sets in the month of March, Koyfman totaled 90 kills (2.45 k/set), while racking up 40 totals blocks (1.00 blk/set). The Bayside native hit .286 (98 kills/40 errors/203 total attacks) in the month.
Koyfman had his best game of the month against St. Joseph’s College (Brooklyn) on March 25th, when he tallied 15 kills, which tied a season-high. He added 10 kills in a match against Medgar Evers College on March 29th.
Koyfman played a key role in helping the Bulldogs post a 7-4 record in the month, including a 4-4 record in conference play, as BC would go on to clinch the #4 seed in the conference championships and home court advantage.
For his efforts, Antony Koyfman has been named the Brooklyn College Male Student-Athlete of the Month, for the month of March.
