Brooklyn, NY---Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Monday, BC freshman third base, Addy Cook, and freshman outfielder, Haylee Burleigh, have been named the conference's Player of the Wek and Rookie of the Week respectively for the week ending March 16.  There are the first weekly award winners for the program so far this season.  

In games played during the week in Florida, Cook had 9 hits in 23 at-bats, drove in 5 runs, and walked 4 times.  She also scored five times on the week. Cook went 3-4 and drove in a pair of runs against Potsdam on Thursday. 

Burleigh had seven hits, scored four runs, and stole eight bases in Florida.  She went 3-4, drove in a run, and scored against Alfred State on Friday.  

The Bulldogs are back in action on the road on Friday for a non-conference doubleheader against Yeshiva at Flowers Park in New Rochelle, NY at 10am.
